We decluttered the navigation bar, reducing 17 links down to 6 high-value categories. But the game-changer was the Sticky Action Bar.

On mobile devices, screen real estate is precious. We implemented a permanent bottom bar that follows the user as they scroll. It houses three critical buttons: Find Vehicle, Test Drive, and Contact Dealer.

02. The Booking Engine

The "3-Click" Booking Engine

Previously, booking a service appointment was a 19-field interrogation. We rebuilt the flow using a "Progressive Disclosure" technique.

  • License Plate Lookup: We integrated an API that auto-fills the car's make, model, and year just by entering the plate number. This removed 5 manual form fields instantly.
  • Smart Storage: For returning users, the browser remembers their details, making the second booking nearly instant.
